Visiting Times

Stepping Hill Hospital has standard visiting times of:

2pm - 4pm and 7pm - 8pm.

However, there are a number of units where the visiting times may differ because of the specific needs of patients in that ward.

The wards that have different waiting times are listed below:

A5 SSSU
Closed at weekends.

CCU - Coronary Care Unit
8.30am - 1pm and 3pm - 7pm
Relatives of acutely ill patients: open visiting.

HDU - High Dependancy Unit
3pm - 7pm.

ICU - Intensive Care Unit
3pm - 7pm.

M2 Women's Unit
Partners and siblings: 9am - 9pm,
Friends and family: 2pm - 3.30pm and 7pm - 8pm.

Neonatal Unit - Women's Unit
Open visiting.

Children - Tree House Unit
10am - 11.30am and 2pm - 4.30pm.
No older children during term time.

Cherry Tree Hospital
2pm - 4pm and 7pm - 8pm,
except for the Devonshire Centre: 2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 8pm.

Medical Short Stay Units (Male and Female)
3pm - 4pm and 7pm - 8pm.
